We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to serve as a key connection point between our customers and internal teams. In this role, you'll help ensure a seamless customer experience by coordinating orders, managing communication, solving problems, and supporting on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Process and coordinate customer sales orders accurately and efficiently, with a focus on LubeMinder and Python product lines Review purchase orders to verify pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements align with approved quotes Provide order acknowledgements, updates, and proactive communication regarding timelines or changes Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions related to orders, scheduling, pricing, and delivery Partner closely with Production, Scheduling, Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth order flow Monitor order progress and communicate delays, expedite requests, or changes to both customers and internal teams Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships Assist with shipping coordination, freight scheduling, packing documentation, and international shipment support as needed Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs within company systems Support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction initiatives Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and ISO requirements Provide administrative and operational support to Customer Service and Sales teams Participate in special projects and additional duties that support company goals What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service, order management, or administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with sales orders, purchase orders, and shipping documentation preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience with ERP/MRP systems and order management software preferred Ability to problem-solve and respond to customer concerns with professionalism and urgency Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and shipping coordination is a plus Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Our Core Values We believe great teams are built on strong values: Curiosity
