Client Experience Coordinator - Backoffice Ops We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator to serve as a central support role across our business. This is not a narrow, task-based position. You will be working directly with leadership to help manage client communication, internal workflows, reporting, and back-office operations. If you're the type of person who naturally asks "what else can I take off your plate?" — this role is for you. What You'll Do Manage and respond to client communications with professionalism and clarity Coordinate internal workflows and help keep teams on track Build and maintain reports, worklists, and operational data in Excel Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and financial record-keeping Handle administrative filings, documentation, and compliance tasks Answer and route incoming calls appropriately Step in across departments to support where needed What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do Experience supporting business owners or leadership teams Working knowledge of Excel and general business systems Comfortable handling sensitive financial and operational information Bonus If You Have Experience with accounting or bookkeeping Experience with Titles, Liens, DMV filings, legal/admin paperwork, or compliance work Background in collections, finance, or operations-heavy environments Who This Role Is NOT For Someone who needs constant direction Someone who avoids phones or difficult conversations Someone looking for a narrowly defined, repetitive role Qualifications You excel in a fast pace dynamic environment 2+ years experience in admin, executive admin, back-office management, AR/AP, logistics, recovery operations, dispatch coordination, customer service or related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Familiarity with CRM or logistics tracking systems Clear written and verbal communication Comfortable working under pressure and in a time-sensitive environment Experience working with commercial vehicles (e.g., trucks, trailers, specialty assets) is a strong plus 2 year college degree or higher Preferred Skills Knowledge of repossession law, transport regulations, or lien processes, financial documents Strong Excel or data management skills Delta Management Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
