Job Description

Customer Service & Office Manager Join a growing local team that values people, service, and doing things the right way. Trusted Car Care is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service & Office Manager to lead the daily customer experience and office operations at our busy service center. If you enjoy helping customers, creating order, and being the person who keeps everything moving, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, text, and email Schedule appointments and coordinate daily shop workflow Communicate repair updates and recommendations clearly and professionally Prepare invoices and collect payments Maintain customer records and office organization Support customer follow-up and reputation management efforts Assist leadership with reporting and operational tasks Coordinate between customers, technicians, and service advisors
Qualifications:
Customer service, office management, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable learning and using software systems Ability to manage multiple priorities Positive attitude and team-first mindset

$51,332.56 - $61,819.86 per year
