As an Assistant Service Manager you will have the following responsibilities: Ability to manage people in a professional manner and maintain efficiency in the service department. Excellent communication skills. Provide excellent customer service. We want you to be the "go to" person who knows how to quickly find the right part for every job. Face to face and on the phone communication with customers maintaining a respectful and positive attitude Provide effective communication to customers regarding their service needs Assist our service technicians in obtaining parts for their jobs Work closely with customers to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to their parts orders.
