OVERVIEW

Working as Full-time Solutions Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting deployment and adoption across the Fastenal Managed Inventory (FMI) Technology platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Coordinating sales and marketing campaigns to drive the adoption of FMI programs o Creating performance reports and distributing to stakeholders o Communicating with sales specialists and stores to help ensure participation of FMI programs

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o 18 years of age or older o Possess customer service, administrative, sales, or industry work experience o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Marketing or a related field of study

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this position is $40,000 - 45,000.
