What Does the Job Require? We're looking for an experienced Service Writer to be the frontline contact for our Service Department. You'll intake units, gather documentation and photos, schedule appointments, and act as the go-between for techs, managers, and customers. You'll handle phone calls, answer emails, and keep our DMS updated and organized. You'll also support showroom cleanliness and assist with walk-throughs and follow-ups. This role demands a customer-first mindset, a calm-under-pressure attitude, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment. Are You A Good Fit? What Work Schedule Is Required? This is a full-time role based at the dealership during standard business hours. You'll need reliable transportation, consistent availability, and the ability to stay productive throughout the workday. This is a fast-moving role that requires you to be on-site and engaged.
