Job DescriptionThe Client Service Administrator supports client team operations by providing overall assistance to team members on various tasks and projects. Enhancing processes, identifying efficiencies, and taking initiative within the team. This position will be the foundation for your future career at Moneta.

Essential ResponsibilitiesSupport Client Service Managers and Advisors with administrative preparation for client review meetingsEnhance overall client experience by incorporating efficiencies in processes and workflow, monitoring for areas of improvementAssist in coordinating client paperwork such as new account forms, statements, signature forms, and reportsSupport daily office operations including scheduling meetings, managing mail, client file organization, and maintaining supply ordersManage bill payments, prepare month-end expense reports, and track financial transactions including distributions and credit postingsCoordinate client travel arrangements including itinerary preparation, flight research, and special accommodationsMaintain client calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate household maintenance servicesProcess payroll, create invoices, and manage vendor reporting and documentationHandle customs forms, property management reports, and banking correspondence as neededSupport special projects including property renovations and client-specific initiativesProvide marketing and branding assistance as neededCoordinate client and team events QualificationsCollege degree preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft Office products preferredMust be available to work fully on-siteMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAdditional informationMoneta is committed to providing the best possible care for our employees; part of this care includes offering comprehensive benefits that enhance the well-being of employees and their families: This is a full-time, non-exempt salary position Paid holidaysPaid time off (PTO)Employer cost-shared medical and dental insuranceEmployer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&D insurance, and basic life insurance401k Match 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of compensationDiscretionary annual profit-sharing bonusPaid parental leaveProfessional development reimbursementPaid volunteer time off (VTO)Employee referral incentive bonus programOnsite wellness programs & rewardsEmployee engagement activities Moneta is a fiduciary fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm and unable to hold securities licenses with the exception of Series 65.
