Job Description

We don't require a specific degree or experience, but we're looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise. About The Role:
At Veterans United, we are committed to enhancing the lives of the borrowers we serve. One way that we go above and beyond for our borrowers is through personalizing their experience. Our Appreciation team supports that by preparing specialized gifts for borrowers during their loan process. As an Appreciation Coordinator, you use information collected from the loan team to order, manage, prep, and ship gifts to our borrowers. You'll be part of a team that's supportive, collaborative, and focused on making each other better every day. Here's a snapshot of what you'd be doing: Managing our gift and purchase requests, making sure everything flows smoothly from start to finish. Helping with getting borrower gifts out the door, from ordering and tracking them to making sure they get shipped right on time. Keeping tabs on our monthly spending and handling all the expense reports. Teaming up with our Appreciation crew to pick out and buy awesome items for our gift inventory. Prepping gifts in big batches to help the team work super efficiently. Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) and help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

You're at your best in a team setting, where collaboration is key, and you thrive in fast-paced environments that are all about getting results. Change doesn't throw you off—you're adaptable and ready to pivot when needed. Your customer service skills are top-notch, and you bring a high level of care to everything you do. You're detail-oriented to the core, and you're comfortable juggling multiple platforms and tasks without missing a beat.
