Job Description

Wiese USA, your local Caterpillar Lift Truck Dealer, has provided the highest quality products and outstanding customer service for over 80 years. We are currently seeking an exceptionally organized, self-motivated candidate to take the role of Service Coordinator in our local dealership. All Wiese team members are responsible for promoting our vision, cultural, values, and safety guidelines while supporting all that has made Wiese a leader in the material handling equipment and service industry. Making sure our team members go home healthy every day is our greatest priority.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish professional relationships to create a world class customer service experience with every customer. Accurately prepares and closes work orders for service crew and ensures their timely processing. Schedules service call and dispatches service crew. Keeps records of service calls and work orders. Effectively uses EBS software for optimal performance and cost/time management. Review for accuracy and mail all customer and vendor invoices. Routing customer telephone calls. Organize and maintain work order & customer file system, and files correspondence and other records. Coordinate with Sales and Rental Departments. Prepare proposals/quotes for customers. Assist managers in coordinating schedule and makes appointments. Arrange and coordinate all travel arrangements. Conduct research, compile and prepare reports for branch management.
Competencies:
Great problem solving and strategic thinking abilities, adaptability, initiative, innovation, dependability, interpersonal skills, orientation to customer service, willingness to provide organizational support, and display close attention to detail. Good oral and written communication skills. Above average MS Office skills. Ability to quickly learn new software. An individual should demonstrate analytical and technical skills. Strong project and change management skills, along with an orientation to teamwork, keen business acumen, and good cost consciousness are all required traits. Handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must have the ability to prioritize and organize assignments. Minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment. Prefer 2+ years in an office environment. Computer literate with faster than average data entry and typing abilities.
