Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Promptly respond to customer quote requests with accurate quotations, noting any applicable exceptions. Enter and maintain customer purchase orders and releases accurately. Ensure the proper part number revision on the customer order matches the system. Keep track of open order reports and check with production and purchasing on status of open orders. Professionally answer incoming calls. Be a liaison between production and customer service. Any other duties needed to help drive our vision and abide by our organization's values. SKILLS and
ABILITIES
Excellent written and verbal Communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills. Ability to operate all customer service-related systems and software programs effectively. Must be an analytical thinker with problem solving skills Highly organized and detail oriented Able to effectively facilitate meetings and provide procedural training Have good temperament to handle both customer / internal issues, disputes and emergencies Fluent typist
