• Full-time Relationship Coordinator (Client Experience & Operations) Full-Time | Kirksville, MO We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and organized Relationship Coordinator to serve as our front‑desk anchor while supporting client experience, events, and office operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking initiative, and staying one step ahead. What You'll Do Greet clients and guests and serve as the primary front‑desk presence Schedule and confirm client appointments and handle incoming calls and emails Build rapport with clients through friendly conversation and attentive service Support client onboarding, data updates, and CRM maintenance Assist with preparing materials for client meetings Help plan and coordinate client events Contribute to social media, marketing, and business development efforts Take ownership of projects and serve as a point person for certain activities Help improve and document procedures and workflows Stay organized, proactive, and ahead of deadlines with a project‑management mindset What We're Looking For Self‑starter who works independently and problem‑solves proactively Strong organizational and prioritization skills Friendly, outgoing personality comfortable engaging with clients Ability to adapt processes to different situations and use sound judgment Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and projects at once Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus Why This Role Variety in day‑to‑day work High level of ownership and autonomy Supportive team environment Opportunity to contribute beyond traditional front‑desk duties Securities offered through Registered Representatives of Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. a broker-dealer, member
