This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across diverse markets. As a CSM, you will be pivotal in guiding clients through their journey, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Duties Develop and nurture strategic relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives. Lead onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of our services and solutions. Manage multiple client accounts proactively, providing tailored support and guidance to maximize success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and support to deliver comprehensive solutions. Conduct regular review meetings to assess progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for expansion. Analyze client data and feedback to recommend improvements and optimize service delivery. Negotiate renewal terms and upsell opportunities confidently while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Skills Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Multilingual capabilities are highly valued to serve diverse client bases effectively. Demonstrated leadership and management experience in client-facing roles or team supervision. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Exceptional customer service orientation with a knack for building trust and rapport. Skilled in negotiation and sales techniques to drive growth opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction.
