No matter the need, we keep our customers supplied and running. We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our growing Sales Team. The Account Coordinator's responsibility is to assist in the day-to-day management & growth of assigned accounts. Governed by the goals and objectives of the appointed members of the Account Management team, the Account Coordinator will help Account Managers maintain a high level of awareness and professional communication with key customer contacts as needed. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Initiating proactive customer communication via phone call, email and text. Fielding incoming calls and responding to customer email inquiries. Preparing customer quotes and other account service and growth-related communications and correspondence. Participating in and documenting customer discussions during meetings and conference calls. Obtaining and reviewing vendor quotes. Verifying product specifications Maintaining and sharing accurate records of customer communications. Preparing for and participating in daily Pod/Sales Huddles. Preparing for and participating in weekly marketing meetings. Gathering customer data and inputting customer profile information across various internal systems. Assisting in customer qualification and segmentation. Successfully coordinating the process of customer onboarding. Performing other duties as needed for the Keep Supply team to be successful. Taking ownership and responsibility for your own workload and the workload of the team.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have… Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Understand what it takes to deliver on a promise of excellent service Basic PC skills and some experience with Google Apps and Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem resolution and consultative skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines ` Ability to travel approximately 5-10% of time Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Company Culture We are a small, scrappy team and all of us do a lot of different things every day.
