We are seeking a motivated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the home builder, homeowner, and company. This position is the central point of coordination for scheduling service appointments, resolving service-related issues, and maintaining accurate service records. Key Responsibilities Assess incoming service requests and determine which skilled technician is best suited for each job. Contact builders and homeowners by phone to schedule service appointments. Prioritize and manage the service schedule to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, economically, and in a timely manner. Continuously monitor and adjust the service schedule to maximize technician productivity and labor utilization. Coordinate technician routes based on geographic location, appointment times, and customer availability. Respond to customer inquiries regarding repairs, service requests, and replacement parts. Evaluate service concerns and help resolve disputes in a professional and customer-focused manner. Maintain accurate service reports, records, and scheduling information. Communicate effectively with customers, builders, technicians, and internal team members to ensure exceptional service. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic computer applications. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination preferred.
