Client Events & Experience Coordinator About the Company We are a growing retirement-focused financial planning firm dedicated to helping individuals and families retire with confidence. Through educational workshops, client events, media outreach, and personalized planning, we strive to create an exceptional experience for every prospect and client we serve. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating great experiences from the first phone call through the workshop event itself. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a hospitality, restaurant, event coordination, customer service, retail sales, or client experience background who is looking for a long-term career with advancement opportunity. About the Role We are hiring a Client Events & Experience Coordinator to help organize and execute our educational retirement workshops and support the day-to-day client experience in our office. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a warm and professional attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
Scheduling, organizing, and coordinating retirement workshops and events Working workshops and helping ensure events run smoothly Calling and texting prospects prior to workshops to confirm attendance Answering incoming office phone calls professionally Assisting with appointment scheduling and confirmations Managing CRM data entry and tracking workshop/client analytics Inputting and organizing information from workshops and client meetings Supporting ongoing marketing and client communication efforts Helping create an outstanding first impression for prospects and clients Schedule Typical office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM•5:00 PM Up to two evenings per week working workshops (typically 12:00 PM•8:00 PM those days) Weekends are generally off
What We're Looking For Preferred Background:
Hospitality Restaurant management or serving Event coordination Retail Sales Customer service Administrative/client support

Friendly and professional communication skills Strong organizational ability Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and dependable Tech-comfortable and able to learn CRM systems Positive attitude and team mentality
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
Approximately $50,000•$55,000 annual salary (based on experience) Up to $6,000 performance bonus opportunity
