This role involves managing staff, maintaining accurate inventory, delivering exceptional customer service, and implementing operational policies to ensure a safe, efficient and welcoming environment. Duties Manage dispensary staff including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and taking disciplinary actions. Edit employee timesheets and submit them to payroll. Operate and troubleshoot the dispensary's point of sales system. Operate Metrc (the state "seed to sale" system) including intaking new product and manifesting returns. Upload invoices and report sales to QuickBooks. Uphold all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products. Assist in training new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Participate in ongoing education regarding new products, industry trends, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong understanding of retail math and basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Basic computer skills required Experience with product demonstrations is a plus. Supervisory experience is preferred Must be at least 21 years old to comply with state regulations. A genuine interest in cannabis culture and products is essential.
