Customer Service Manager Full Time:
30+ hours per week. Must have weekend availability. We are open to a 5-day work schedule.
Starting Pay:
up to $18/hr.
Job description:
Become a part of the community, come work at Third Street Market - Whitefish's oldest natural foods store! We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep Third Street Market running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities:
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution Assist customers in all areas of the store including Supplements Assist Store Manager in Managing Front End and Store Operations Counting Tills, verifying safe and daily deposits Opening and closing the store Develop service procedures and standards Recruit, mentor and develop Front End staff and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques Proficiency in English Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools Ability to think strategically and to lead Strong customer-facing and communication skills Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Weekend availability is a must
Pay:
Up to $18.00 per hour
