In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for clients, assisting with account management, coordinating service requests, and helping maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary support contact for client accounts and inquiries.

Coordinate account activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Maintain and update account records, documentation, and client information.

Monitor client requests and follow up to ensure successful resolution.

Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and concerns.

Assist with preparing reports, account summaries, and service updates.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Support account management initiatives and administrative functions.
