Responsibilities:
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls while maintaining excellent service standards. Coordinate, schedule, and track rooftop unit (RTU) deliveries across multiple factory locations. Verify and confirm shipping addresses to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, account updates, and delivery information. Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate communications between customers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues professionally and efficiently. Meet established performance goals, service metrics, and call handling expectations. Follow company policies, communication standards, and operational procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center operations, logistics, manufacturing coordination, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel. Strong verbal communication, customer service, and active listening skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Experience with SAP is preferred but not required.
