Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to support our daily operations and customer communication. This role involves handling customer calls, following up with clients, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, updates, and appointment scheduling Schedule and manage appointments for sales and field teams based on availability Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, call logs, and scheduling calendars Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide basic information about our services Assist with day-to-day office and operational support tasks as needed Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and positively Follow up consistently with clients until a clear response or decision is received Requirements Strong communication skills (phone and email) Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer follow-ups Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks and schedules Basic experience with scheduling tools, calendars, or CRM systems preferred Professional, patient, and able to handle rejection respectfully Prior experience in customer service, office support, or call center work is a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated What We Offer Stable, full-time opportunity in a growing company Supportive team environment On-the-job training provided Opportunity to grow within the company
