Warranty Coordinator Reports To :
Branch Manager Assignment Focus :
We have an immediate opening for a Warranty Coordinator to join our team. The Warranty Coordinator will focus on warranty coordination for large national and regional home builders. This position will communicate directly with builder warranty personnel and homeowners to identify and resolve any warrantable items that arise after closing. Managing warranty installations is a combination of research, follow through, and communication. Forethought and conceptual problem solving skills are required to accommodate customers and reduce the risk of delays. Primary Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of warranty policies and procedures Evaluate all warranty service requests to ensure that they are valid and fall within warranty guidelines Schedule warranty and repair service with homeowners and / or builders Monitor and track all warranty jobs to ensure completion Maintain positive relations with homeowners and builders Keep current with warranty guidelines and homeowner warranty manuals
