Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Manager to join D2B Groups. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction. You will lead and coordinate a team of service professionals, manage workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include scheduling service activities, monitoring service quality, managing customer relationships, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in training and developing your team to maintain high performance and service excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach. Experience in service management is essential to succeed in this position.
