Hey there, fellow dog lovers! At Rebel Tails Grooming, we've built a calm, fear-free, and truly stress-free environment for both dogs and people. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist who will help create an exceptional experience for every client and every dog that walks through our doors.

About the Role As our Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator, you will be the first person clients meet when they enter the salon and the last person they see before leaving. Your goal is to ensure every client receives outstanding service while helping our team stay organized and efficient throughout the day. Responsibilities Greeting clients and checking pets in and out Answering phone calls, texts, and emails Scheduling and confirming appointments Managing daily appointment flow and client communication Following company scripts and customer service procedures Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks Keeping the lobby and work areas clean and organized Sweeping and vacuuming pet hair Folding towels and keeping laundry running Mixing shampoos and preparing grooming supplies Restocking salon inventory as needed Supporting groomers and assistants with day-to-day salon operations Helping maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Required Skills Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Stress-resistant and able to stay calm during busy periods Reliable and detail-oriented Ability to follow systems, procedures, and scripts Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and texting clients Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, veterinary, grooming, or pet care industries Experience working with dogs is preferred but not required

From $17.00 per hour
