Job Description

Overview We are a well-established architectural supply company with over 35 years in business, specializing in classical architectural products including columns, moldings, capitals, and related building materials. We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a full-time Customer Service & Sales Support role. This position offers long-term growth for someone interested in learning our industry and becoming a valuable long-term member of our team. The right candidate will gradually learn our product line and eventually assist customers with estimates, product selection, and purchasing support. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Provide support with customer follow-up and client callbacks Prepare and send shipping notifications Create and process packing slips Perform filing and general office organization Perform accurate data entry Update pricing in QuickBooks and online store platforms Assist with customer service and sales support Learn about classical architectural products and terminology over time Qualifications Excellent typing, grammar, and written communication skills Strong Microsoft Excel fluency required Professional and friendly phone manner Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable with computers and data entry Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated Experience with QuickBooks is helpful but not required Customer service or office experience preferred Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Compensation & Benefits $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience Paid vacation 75% employer-paid health insurance coverage On-the-job training and advancement opportunities Stable, long-term position with an established company Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
