We work on everything from daily drivers to high-end vehicles and we take pride in delivering a premium experience from the first text to the final pickup. We're a fast-moving, tech-forward small business and we're growing. The Role This is a front-line customer service role. You're the voice of the shop. You'll handle appointment updates, booking, checking customers in and out, and making sure every client feels taken care of from start to finish. You'll work closely with our owner, operations coordinator, and technicians to keep the schedule running smooth and customers informed. What You'll Do Book and manage appointments. Quote and book walk-in clients. Follow up with leads and proposals by phone and text. Check customers in at drop-off and out at pickup. Send job updates and communicate turnaround times. Call no-shows and reschedule cancellations. Help collect deposits and follow up on unpaid invoices. Update customer records in our CRM. Push for Google reviews after completed jobs. Answer inbound calls and texts after a shadowing period. What We're Looking For Someone who communicates well, friendly and professional on the phone and in person. Organized enough to manage a busy schedule without things falling through the cracks. A self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged. Comfortable with technology since we use digital tools for scheduling and customer communication. Prior customer-facing experience is required and automotive, retail, or service industry background is preferred. Must be local to Wilmington and available full-time on-site. Compensation Competitive based on experience. This role has direct impact on revenue and we reward performance with commission.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
