Are you a customer-focused leader with a passion for problem-solving and operational excellence? We're looking for a Service & Warranty Manager to lead our service team and ensure warranty requests and service work are completed efficiently, professionally, and with exceptional customer care. In this role, you'll oversee daily service operations, manage scheduling and field resources, lead a team of service professionals, and work closely with builders, customers, and internal departments to deliver outstanding results while maintaining Majestic's reputation as the Most Professional Trade Partner . This position works closely with builders, customers, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve issues quickly while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Service and Warranty team Schedule and coordinate daily service calls, warranty work, punch lists, and closing lists Communicate directly with builders and customers regarding service requests and warranty issues Manage the scheduling of technicians, subcontractors, and field resources Investigate service issues and determine root causes to help prevent future occurrences Share findings and recommendations with internal teams to improve quality and reduce recurring issues Monitor builder warranty and service portals as needed Ensure team members are properly trained and effectively using company systems Build strong working relationships with Production, Sales, Installation, and Administrative teams Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting company goals and performance standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in service, warranty, construction, installation, or related field preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Knowledge of construction, countertops, cultured marble, or related building products preferred High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence Join a Company That Values You At Majestic Surfaces, we believe our success starts with our people.
