$56,000-$94,000 annually, depending on experience About the Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established and growing insurance organization to identify a Property & Casualty Account Manager to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and managing accounts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial and personal property and casualty insurance accounts while delivering exceptional client service. Process policy renewals, endorsements, audits, invoices, and other account servicing requests accurately and within established timelines. Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation within the agency management system. Obtain and review quotes from insurance carriers for both new and existing business and prepare proposals and supporting client documentation. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers to address service requests, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless client experience. Collaborate with internal team members to support account retention and deliver high-quality service. Qualifications Three to five years of property and casualty insurance experience or similar related experience. Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a high-volume environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $56,000-$94,000 annually, depending on experience.
