Customer Service Coordinator

Caniglia Heating & Cooling is seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Coordinator to support our growing team in Gretna. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating schedules, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. As a key member of our office team, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for customers while helping support scheduling, dispatch operations, work order management, and administrative tasks.
