Job Description
Courtesy Ford of Norfolk is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Norfolk, NE. In this role, you will support the Service Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department. You will work closely with technicians, customers, and other staff to maintain a high standard of service quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Assist the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations. Coordinate service appointments and manage workflow to maximize efficiency. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Support staff training and development to maintain high service standards. Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies as needed. Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Help maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements Previous experience in automotive service management or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
