Our experienced team and modern facilities ensure optimized postal rates and timely delivery for every campaign. ________________________________________ Role Overview The Lead Account Representative plays a key role in overseeing job creation and workflow management for direct mail campaigns. This position ensures the accurate and efficient processing of projects by coordinating with internal teams, translating client requirements into actionable specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Oversee job setup, workflow coordination, and production timelines Interpret client instructions and translate them for data processing and production teams Develop detailed job specifications for direct mail campaigns Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service (CSR) teams as needed Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency Ensure compliance with postal regulations and mailing standards Monitor, and support a small team of job account representative ________________________________________ Qualifications Prior experience in direct mail or related industries is a plus (not required) Strong project management and workflow coordination skills Ability to analyze client requirements and create detailed job specifications High attention to detail with strong quality assurance capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and computer screen time. Fine motor skills for keyboarding, manipulating documentation. Must be able to distinguish colors and shades. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
