Manage escalation processes to quickly address and resolve any urgent issues. Provide application support and oversee service delivery management in a collaborative setting. Skills Proficiency in AWS Databricks and Pyspark, ensuring effective data management and processing. Experience in Databricks job ingestion and using Scala for scalable data solutions. Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles for seamless service delivery. Preferred Skills Familiarity with the AWS environment to optimize cloud-based operations.
