Job Description:
This position is perfect for a proactive professional eager to lead and innovate in a dynamic environment. This role focuses on delivering world-class service and technical solutions within a hybrid work setting. Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for customer management, ensuring their needs and priorities are addressed effectively. Lead technical efforts to manage priority tickets and streamline processes for a stable and efficient platform. Drive automation initiatives to enhance overall service delivery. Manage escalation processes to quickly address and resolve any urgent issues. Provide application support and oversee service delivery management in a collaborative setting. Skills Proficiency in AWS Databricks and Pyspark, ensuring effective data management and processing. Experience in Databricks job ingestion and using Scala for scalable data solutions. Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles for seamless service delivery. Preferred Skills Familiarity with the AWS environment to optimize cloud-based operations.
