Customer Relations / Processer Seapoint Solar - 1.0 Cherry Hill, NJ Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18.27 - $24.03 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Construction regulatory compliance Administrative experience Managing clients in a customer support role Attention to detail Customer relationship management Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Overview The Processor will be responsible for handling all customer interactions (calls, emails, and inquiries) while also managing some, if not all, state paperwork and complianceequirements related to solar installations. This role requires strong communication skills,organizational ability, and attention to detail. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Process and track state/utility paperwork related to solar projects as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales, installation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Provide timely updates to customers on project status.
Requirements Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to learn solar industry paperwork and compliance processes.
