This role is essential to ensuring efficient daily operations by coordinating service schedules, supporting technicians, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule daily service appointments and support clients and call center teams Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, updates, and scheduling Maintain accurate records, work orders, and customer information Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to ensure timely service completion Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding service issues Respond professionally to incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Assist in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/dispatch software Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent required Employment Details Full-Time Position - working in office Monday-Friday Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits Paid time off Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment Health and additional benefits may be available Location Hackensack
