Senior Relationship Manager, Client Service & Business Development TPG Staffing - Edison, NJ, United States Job Title - Senior Relationship Manager, Client Service & Business Development Our client, a successful financial technology and services company, currently seeks an experienced client service and business development professional with deep expertise in the fintech ecosystem, specifically supporting Family Offices, RIAs, and Trust structures. This individual will play a critical role in managing complex client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional initiatives from prospecting through contract execution.
Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for high-value clients, including Family Offices, RIAs, and Trust entities Build and maintain long-term relationships across multi-generational client structures Understand client needs and deliver tailored fintech solutions aligned with their financial and operational goals Business Development & Sales Support Support the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, solutioning, negotiation, and contract execution Partner with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Family Office segment Assist in RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and proposal development Drive pipeline growth and contribute to revenue targets Family Office Expertise Work with complex, multi-generational family office structures, understanding governance, reporting, and operational nuances Provide insights into wealth structuring, trust frameworks, and investment reporting requirements Financial & Operational Acumen Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and performance management Translate financial data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders Project Management & Execution Lead and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously Coordinate across internal teams (product, operations, compliance, technology) to deliver solutions on time and within scope Ensure seamless onboarding and implementation processes Leadership & Mentorship Manage and mentor junior team members Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environmentRequirements:
7-10 years of experience in client service within the fintech industry Proven experience working with Family Offices, RIAs, and Trust structures Demonstrated success supporting business development and sales processes end-to-end Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and investment performance metrics Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience managing or mentoring team members Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Must be relationship-driven with a client-first mindset Possess commercial savvy with strong sales support instincts Highly organized and detail-oriented Leadership and team development capability Ability to operate effectively in complex, high-touch client environmentsPreferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with fintech platforms supporting wealth management or reporting Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-generational wealth structures CRM and pipeline management experienceBenefits:
