We're looking for an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can effectively balance customer service responsibilities with employee onboarding, administrative support, and data management. The Role The Customer Service Representative / Administrative Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for customers, employees, and internal departments. This position is responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting customers, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to help keep operations running smoothly.
Schedule Typical hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support business operations, events, onboarding, or emergency response situations What You'll Do Customer Service & Communication Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Respond to customer inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate team members Provide support to clients regarding scheduling, services, billing questions, and general requests Maintain a positive customer experience and resolve issues efficiently Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate employee paperwork Support benefits enrollment and employee record maintenance Coordinate offboarding procedures and employee file updates Assist with employment verifications and personnel documentation Administrative Support Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across multiple systems Update and manage employee and customer information Assist with filing, document management, and record retention Support HR, payroll, and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information Office Support Help coordinate meetings, training sessions, and company events Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives Provide general office support to leadership and operational teams What We're Looking For Previous customer service and administrative experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems Experience with employee onboarding, HR administration, or benefits administration is a plus Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 2 years of customer service, administrative, office management, or related experience Experience working in construction, home services, landscaping, tree care, or similar industries is a plus Why Join Princeton Tree Care Join a growing and respected professional tree care company Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Competitive compensation based on experience Health, life, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, as well as 8 paid holidays 401(k) with copany match Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Princeton Tree Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
