We're a true umbrella company - and that makes a difference! We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our ever-growing company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable and has strong analytical skills. The candidate must be comfortable working independently and completing high volumes of data entry in a timely manner. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as this position is often responsible for interacting directly with clients and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:
Process, verify, and reconcile accounts payable invoices. Responsible for communicating and processing uncollectable accounts and prepayment orders. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Qualifications Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or similar systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bilingual:
