A respected, family-owned South Jersey insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager with condominium association or habitational experience to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work with established clients, property managers, and HOA boards in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment where employees tend to stay long term. What You'll DoManage and service a commercial lines book focused on condominium and habitational accounts Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, and daily client service Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, HOA boards, property managers, and carri ersMarket accounts and secure competitive carrier quoting Prepare proposals, renewal summaries, and coverage recommendations Support retention efforts and identify account rounding opportunities General Liability, Commercial Property, Umbrella, Workers' Compensation, D&O, Crime/Fidelity What We're Looking For Active NJ Property & Casualty License 2+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience Condominium, habitational, or real estate-related account experience preferred Strong client service, communication, and organizational skills Why Join?
