Account Manager

Our client, a trusted provider of promotional products, decorated apparel, print materials, trade show exhibits, business gifts, and employee recognition programs has a current opening for an Account Manager. Backed by more than 100 years of combined industry experience, the team specializes in strategic sourcing, company stores, graphic design, engraving, warehousing, and fulfillment solutions. They deliver high-quality branded products and custom marketing solutions while proudly supporting minority- and women-owned businesses. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Parsippany, NJ. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with promotional product campaigns. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining client accounts, collaborating with the creative and operations teams, overseeing project timelines, sourcing and recommending products, creating proposals, and ensuring accurate and timely project delivery. The role requires a proactive individual who can deliver exceptional customer service and support for marketing initiatives. Qualifications Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to develop and maintain accounts Proficiency in project management, including managing timelines and delivering quality outcomes Experience in product sourcing, recommending promotional products, and creating proposals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously Prior experience in promotional products, marketing, or related industries is a plus Proficiency with relevant tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
