Speak with patients or patient families regarding schedules, call-offs, cancelations, and appointments. Document client data and visits in the scheduling system Be the backup to the Intake department for receiving and coordinating home care service requests. Understanding that communication is vital within the office as well as to everyone involved in our clients' care.
