We combine advanced regenerative medicine (NAD+, cellular therapies, peptides, EBOO) with medical aesthetics under one roof, delivering a luxury patient experience grounded in real clinical expertise. The Role We're looking for a motivated, hands-on team member who will be- welcoming patients and prepping treatment rooms to capturing content and managing our social media presence. You'll be deeply involved in the day-to-day rhythm of a growing practice, and no two days will look exactly the same. What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and deliver a polished, luxury experience from arrival to departure Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups Handle check-in/check-out, intake forms, and payment processing Prep and turn over treatment rooms between appointments Assist with patient care and comfort throughout their visit Record content for social media (photos, short-form video, behind-the-scenes clips) Help manage and post to our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and care Maintain a pristine, organized clinic environment Coordinate with the physician and clinical staff to keep the day flowing smoothly What We're Looking For Prior experience in a medical aesthetics practice — this is required Strong work ethic — you take ownership, show up ready, and don't wait to be told what needs doing Warm, genuine personality with a polished, professional presence Comfortable being on camera and creating social media content Strong communication skills, both in person and digitally Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple responsibilities gracefully Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Familiarity with scheduling and practice management software (we use Zenoti and GoHighLevel — we'll train you on specifics) Why AlyneMD A supportive, family-like team culture where you're treated as a valued member, not a number A beautiful, brand-new clinic space designed with intention and care The chance to work alongside a physician doing cutting-edge work in regenerative medicine and longevity — fields that are reshaping healthcare Room to grow as the practice grows Competitive hourly pay To Apply Send your resume along with a brief note about why this role interests you.
