What You'll Be Responsible For Coordinating and dispatching service technicians Managing a dynamic service schedule and adapting to changing priorities Communicating proactively with customers regarding schedules and job status Supporting field crews with accurate job information Maintaining work orders, job documentation, and service records Assisting with invoicing, collections, and job data accuracy Coordinating permitting and compliance requirements Improving systems, processes, and overall service department efficiency
