Job Description

Job Overview Superior Underwriters is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Underwriting Assistant . In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining our company's reputation for outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and processes. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with a focus on a positive outcome. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues. Offer product or service recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and account updates. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and offer additional support if necessary. Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications:
Background in Property & Causality Insurance(preferred) Bilingual in Spanish. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an asset. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (preferred). Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
