Customer Experience Ambassador - Sparks/Reno Cannabis Dispensary

Cannabis Dispensary seeking an energetic, outgoing and customer-focused Customer Experience Ambassador to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role is much more than checking ID's. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, build relationships with customers, assist with loyalty program enrollment and help ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the doors.

Compensation:

$15-$20 per hour, depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to customer engagement and retention KPI's Opportunities for advancement within a growing company

What You'll Do:

Welcome and engage customers as they enter the dispensary Verify identification and maintain company and state compliance procedures Introduce new customers to our loyalty an rewards programs Assist first-time customers and ensure they understand available promotions and benefits Answer basic question and direct customers to the appropriate team members Maintain a clean, organized and professional front-of-house area Assist in all loyalty program concerns

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills A naturally warm, friendly and engaging personality Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene Strong customer service mindset Reliable, punctual and self-motivated Comfortable initiating conversations and interacting with hundreds of guests each week Hospitality, restaurant, concierge, hotel, retail, brand ambassador and/or customer service experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

State of Nevada (CCB) Dispensary agent card (strongly preferred and required if successful in acquiring the position) Previous cannabis industry experience is a huge plus Don't have a Nevada Agent Card yet?
