• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring clear communication with accounting and invoicing through email and NetSuite
• Review and provide accurate quotes for service calls and small projects, assessing labor and material costs
• Prioritize service calls, manage schedules, and adjust resources to handle urgent and emergency situations
• Oversee service and dispatch staff, managing projects from initial survey through completion while mentoring team members
• Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Inspection teams to improve workflow and efficiency
• Meet with clients and provide field support as needed to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with plant managers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive successful project completion Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 plus years in the sprinkler or fire alarm industry including installation, service, testing, and inspection
• 5 plus years of service management experience
• Valid sprinkler or fire alarm license
• NICET certifications or additional licenses are a plus
