Job Description

Position Overview:
The Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Account Manager and ensuring the smooth execution of life safety service projects. This position is responsible for coordinating with affiliates, managing work orders, and maintaining clear communication with clients to ensure timely and compliant project completion.
Schedule :
Monday- Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Account Manager with day-to-day coordination of service projects Communicate with affiliates to obtain project quotes and follow up with clients for approvals Issue and process purchase orders; update and maintain accurate work order records Coordinate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to determine permit requirements Ensure affiliates secure necessary permits and have all required project information Act as a point of contact for urgent service needs, coordinating quick resolution with affiliates Schedule projects with affiliates and confirm timelines with all parties involved Respond to client inquiries, providing excellent customer service and entering work orders as needed Perform data entry and maintain organized, up-to-date records
Qualifications:
2+ years of previous customer service experience required Strong problem-solving and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry High School Diploma or GED required
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
