Observational Visits:

• Visit retail stores, restaurants, or service centers, or conduct online/phone interactions while posing as a regular customer +

• Performance Evaluation:

• Assess employee courtesy, speed of service, product knowledge, and compliance with company policies +

• Reporting:

• Submit detailed, objective, and timely reports via online portals, answering specific questions about the experience +

• Scenario Compliance:

• Adhere to specific instructions (e.g., asking for a return, testing employee patience) to evaluate specific aspects of customer service +

• Compliance Monitoring:

• Verify that displays, cleanliness, pricing, and promotional items match company standards
• Available shifts:
• Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) & Weekends
• Job requirements:
