The Service Coordinator acts as the main point of communication between service technicians, sales, customers, and the warehouse to ensure installations, service follow-ups, parts tracking, and technician training are completed efficiently. What You'll Do:
Coordinate service operations, including technician schedules, service follow-ups, installations, and customer communication to ensure timely and efficient service. Manage parts ordering and inventory coordination with the warehouse to support service and installation needs. Support technician training, track certifications, and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Maintain accurate service records, assist with process improvements, and provide updates to leadership on open issues and escalations. Oversee company vehicle scheduling, maintenance, repairs, and compliance tracking. Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. Proven customer service experience with the ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively with field service teams, sales teams, customers, and warehouse operations. Experience using scheduling, ticket management, CRM, ERP, or service management software to support service operations and customer follow-up activities. Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to maintain accurate records, support quoting and account activities, and improve workflow efficiency.
What Sets You Apart:
Prior experience in a service, manufacturing, warehouse, or technical service environment, including knowledge of machine parts and service operations, is preferred. Experience creating, coordinating, or maintaining training programs and certifications for service teams is preferred.
