Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls Assist customers with questions and scheduling Make outbound customer follow-up calls Provide exceptional customer service Light sales of products and services Maintain accurate customer records
Qualifications:
Strong communication and phone skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Basic computer knowledge Customer service or sales experience is a plus Reliable and dependable
