Job Description
Customer Service / Office Coordinator We are looking for a reliable, personable Customer Service / Office Coordinator to support our office with a mix of customer-facing communication, order management, and inventory-related tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the phone and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, comfortable working on a computer, and confident communicating with customers. You do not need prior experience with our software, as training will be provided, but strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn are important. What You'll Do Manage inventory and help keep product records accurate. Process and ship orders in a timely manner. Invoice customers and follow up on outstanding balances. Call existing customers to check in on replenishment needs and possible new orders. Provide friendly, professional phone support to customers throughout the day. Learn and use company software systems to support order and inventory workflow. Assist with trade show support as needed, including occasional travel to events. What We're Looking For Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software. Good working knowledge of Excel. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A friendly, people-oriented personality. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks. Dependable, proactive, and willing to learn. Schedule and Location This is a Monday through Friday, in-office position . During trade show season, occasional travel may be required, including trips to major markets such as Chicago and Dallas.
