• Part-time, Full-time Restore Wellness Psych is seeking a full-time, on-site Patient Care Coordinator to support our offices in Fishkill, NY and New Windsor, NY (based on office needs).

The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily patient care operations, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, completing admissions and intakes, and providing ongoing patient support. This role involves frequent phone communication, accurate documentation, and the proper use of medical terminology in all patient interactions. Responsibilities Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars Coordinate care and support patient flow Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Complete admission paperwork and patient intakes Handle inbound and outbound phone communications Qualifications Appointment scheduling and professional phone etiquette skills Experience with care coordination and medical terminology Strong patient care and customer service skills Insurance verification experience Ability to conduct admissions and intakes for new patients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Previous healthcare experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Additional education in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus
